Ballston Real Estate, Condos and Townhomes

The Ballston real estate market is home to a number of high rise apartments, condos, and commercial buildings. On its outskirts, Ballston homes for sale offer more suburban options with townhomes and single family homes being the dominant type of available real estate. Condo prices begin in the $300,000s and can go to the $800,000s. Home prices start in the $500,000s and go above $1 million in some cases. Earlier this year, the Arlington board approved the replacement of the “Paperclip Building” at 400 Army Navy Drive into two 500,000 square foot condo and apartment buildings called the Altair.
