Columbia Heights Real Estate Listings

A number of condos are open at the newly constructed 1412 Chapin Street NW, with more buildings on the way. A new plaza at 14th Street and Park Road adds to the social aspect of the neighborhood. Nearby 11th Street is quickly picking up as a major strip of the neighborhood, affectionately called the “Hip Strip” which includes Wonderland bar, Red Rocks Pizzeria, Columbia Heights Coffee, and Bloombars, a free performance space. The Airedale, a European Gastropub, recently opened in the neighborhood and offers German and Belgian food, a large number of beers on tap, and soft serve ice cream.
