Virginia

Arlington

Arlington is the city with the closest proximity to Washington, DC, as such, it is one of the highest-income counties in the entire nation, and is filled with a number of walkable urban villages that make it one of the few “car-optional” cities in the DC area.

Ballston

Within the Arlington area, Ballston is a mix of older and newer developments that defines its character as an area filled with contrasts. Locals here are drawn to it thanks to its delightful mix of both urban and suburban living.

Clarendon
